Find Machine Party Players and LFG Communities

Quick answer

Yes — the developers link to an official looking-for-group Discord in their v1.5 patch notes. What the game does not have, and will not get, is in-game matchmaking.

The developers link to this server from their v1.5 patch notes. It is still a community space: never post room codes publicly, and treat direct messages offering mods, keys or payments as scams.

A post that actually gets answers

LFG channels move fast, and “anyone wanna play?” gets scrolled past. Say how many you need, when, and in which region — then hand out the room code privately once people reply.

What an arranged game looks like

Worth setting expectations before you post: a lobby of people who have just met behaves differently from a group of friends. One note on the title — the “illegal games” are the lethal contests inside the game's own fiction. Machine Party is bought normally on Steam, and this site links only to official storefronts and to mod authors' own repositories.

We Played ILLEGAL Games in Machine Party!

A group session that shows what an arranged game actually looks like once you have found people to play with — the negotiating, the betrayals, and how a lobby of strangers behaves compared with friends. On the title: the "illegal games" are the lethal contests inside the game's own fiction, not anything to do with piracy. Machine Party is bought normally on Steam, and this site links only to official storefronts and to mod authors' own repositories.

Frequently asked

Does Machine Party have an official Discord?
The developers link to a server they describe as an official looking-for-group Discord in their v1.5 patch notes from 4 August 2026. That is the strongest evidence available, and it is where they send players who need a group. This site is not affiliated with that server and does not moderate it.
Why is there no in-game matchmaking?
The developers said in the same v1.5 post that the game was written for groups of friends, and that public matchmaking and lobby lists were never part of their vision and cannot be supported. The Discord exists precisely because the game does not do this for you.
Is it safe to share my room code?
Share it with the people you have arranged to play with, not with a whole channel. A room code is an open door to your session — posting it publicly is how strangers end up in your game.
Someone offered me a mod or a free key in DMs. Is that legitimate?
Treat it as a scam. The only mods we list come from their authors’ own GitHub repositories, and nobody legitimate needs to send you an installer over direct messages. Report it to the server moderators and to us if it references this site.
