Watch all fifteen in order

Alpha Beta Gamer played a full session with both developers in the lobby and chaptered every simulation. Each card below links straight to its chapter, so you can see the one you are stuck on rather than reading about it.

Playing MACHINE PARTY with Mike Klubnika & GDeavid - Devs of the Mario Party-esque Horror Party Game

Alpha Beta Gamer · 2026-07-30 · 31 min

A full thirty-minute session played with developers Mike Klubnika and GDeavid in the lobby, which makes it the single most useful video for anyone trying to learn the game. Every simulation appears in order and the uploader has chaptered them, so you can jump straight to the one you are stuck on using the chapter links below. It is also the clearest look at how a round flows between minigames. The commentary is casual rather than instructional — for the exact unlock conditions, use the achievement tracker on this site, which quotes Steam directly.

A second run through them

Recorded after the couch co-op update, so it reflects the current build rather than launch week — useful as a second angle once you have watched the developers' own session above.

THIS NEW GAME IS HILARIOUS | Machine Party

MoreBurntPeanut · 2026-08-14 · 1 h 4 min

A community-side run through the simulations recorded after the couch co-op update, so it reflects the current build rather than launch week. Worth watching if you want a second angle on the minigames after the developers' own session, particularly on how rounds actually end when nobody is playing carefully. We do not draw any rules from it — the objectives on this site come from official achievement wording, and the mechanics from two guides we cross-check.

What is on each card, and what is not

The objective on every card is derived from official text — Steam's achievement descriptions, the developers' patch notes, and their reveal announcement. That is deliberately all the cards carry: official wording only.

Each simulation now has its own page with more: how a round plays according to two independent community guides that we cross-check, the four places where those guides contradict each other, the official patch notes that touched it, and the video chapter where the developers play it. Every claim there is labelled with how well we can back it up.

Frequently asked

How many minigames does Machine Party have?
Fifteen. Fourteen of the names are confirmed by Steam’s own achievement descriptions; the fifteenth is a smoking simulation whose existence is official but whose in-game name we have only seen in community sources.
Which minigames work in local couch co-op?
All of them run locally. Five were adapted for shared or split screen in the v2.0 update — Minefield, Chisel Gauntlet, Duck Hunt, Inside Job and The Filter — and Firearm Factory changed in the same patch to show the required gun part on every workbench. The developers said the rest behave the same as they do online.
Where do these descriptions come from?
From official text rather than other guides. Each objective is derived from Steam’s achievement wording and the developers’ patch notes, which is why some are short — we would rather say less than invent rules we have not verified.
Can I pick which minigames come up?
Custom mode lets you build a playlist, and v2.1.1 added a shuffle option to it. Arcade mode plays 10 random simulations with the intro and outro removed.
