What the wording tells us
Two conditions sit in one sentence: you win the round, and you do it with full accuracy. A flawless round that you lose does not satisfy it.
v2.1.1 fixed a potential input issue in this simulation, so a miss recorded on an older build was not necessarily a miss you made.
